Registering gets your pet on our books and saves you $10 on your first visit. Once you're registered you'll book your first appointment - or skip ahead and book now, and we'll register you when you arrive.

Do I need to register my pet before an appointment?
It helps us give the best care, and new-pet registration comes with $10 off your first visit. You can register online in a couple of minutes, or we'll sort it when you arrive.
What pets do you treat?
Cats, dogs and lifestyle pets - and because we're a genuine mixed practice, farm animals too. From a puppy's first check to complex surgery, our team sees it all.
Can I spread the cost of my pet's care?
Yes - our Pet Members Club wellness plan spreads care over the year from $20/fortnight, and includes unlimited consults, an annual health check and vaccinations, and more.
Are you open on weekends, and what about emergencies?
We're open Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm and Saturday 9am-12pm - if something's wrong during those hours, call us on 07 870 2696. For pet emergencies outside clinic hours, call Waikato After Hours Veterinary Hospital in Hamilton on 07 839 5656.
