“Customer” (“You”) means a person purchasing Products through the Website.

Using the Website
Your use of this Website is limited to personal and non-commercial use only. Should people use the website as part of a business operation then any Consumer Guarantees act warranty is not provided and we reserve the right to limit quantities and/or refuse service at our discretion. You may download, display and print copy of materials presented on this Website for your own personal, non-commercial use.
3 Stone Vets endeavors to supply accurate information on the Website but errors and omission do occur. 3 Stone Vets does not accept any liability, whether directly or indirectly, arising from the use of any information contained in the Website. The exclusion of liability above does not limit your rights which cannot be contracted out of such as under the Fair Trading Act 1986 or the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
We will try to make our website available but cannot guarantee that our website will operate continuously or without interruptions or be error free and can accept no liability for its unavailability. Product Prices
All prices are shown in NZ dollars and are given inclusive of GST (15% sales tax) and exclude Delivery charges.
3 Stone Vets reserves the right to correct the price at any time prior to Delivery where there has been a typographical or other error in the advertised price. 3 Stone Vets will notify You of the corrected price. You may choose to pay the corrected price, however if You do not choose to pay the corrected price, 3 Stone Vets shall have the right to cancel your order and refund any amounts you have paid to 3 Stone Vets for the relevant product without further obligation to You. In the event of a pricing error, we will not be obliged to honour the sale if the error was a genuine mistake.
Ordering online

To order a product you will need to follow the ordering procedures set out on our website. Details of our prices for the Products, and the procedures for payment and delivery are displayed on our website. If the Products you ordered are unavailable for delivery within thirty (30) days of the date of order, we will notify you by email and offer you a refund and/or an alternative.Your personal information will be used, according to our Privacy Policy, to process your order and tell you about our products.
3 Stone Vets only delivers to an address within New Zealand.Minors under the age of 18 years are prohibited from making purchases on the website. - Your Invoice
You will receive an email notification containing your invoice within 1 to 3 working days from the time you place your order. - Your Account
For your convenience you may create an online shopping account on our website. Only one account is permitted per individual. 3 Stone Vets reserve the right to accept or reject any account application and shall not be required to provide any reason for such acceptance or rejection.To create an account we require certain information, and all information provided by you must be true and correct. You agree to keep your details up to date at all times by advising any changes through the Website.For your security, if you create an account on our website it is your responsibility to ensure the confidentiality of your account and password and that no unauthorised persons have access to them. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Payment conditions
Payment will be made by the Buyer using one of these methods: Direct Bank Transfer and Paypal.
The purchase price for goods ordered is due when you place your order through 3 Stone Vets. No order will be dispatched until payment is cleared.
Delivery charges and Timeframes
3 Stone Vets delivers the Products ordered to the address specified in the online order and delivery will only be made within New Zealand. 3 Stone Vets endeavors to dispatch the Products ordered within 1-3 days after payment of the order has been cleared.
Parcels will be sent from Te Awamutu (New Zealand) from Monday to Friday via a Courier service. Please note that 3 Stone Vets charges $3.50 per order for the courier post (1-3 day delivery time). Parcel tracking number can be supplied on request. If your address is Rural Delivery within New Zealand, it may delay the parcel by a day or two – this depends on your local driver. There is no extra charge for Rural Delivery.
We shall aim to let you know if we expect that we are unable to meet our estimated delivery date, but, to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.
On delivery of the Product, you may be required to sign for delivery. You agree to inspect the Product for any obvious faults, defects or damage before you sign for delivery. You need to keep receipt of the delivered Product in case of future discussions with us about it.
You must notify us within 7 days of the dispatch date if you have not received an item.
3 Stone Vets takes great care to ensure your order is carefully packaged. If your items arrive damaged please keep all the contents including the packaging or parcel that the items arrived in. Please email info@3 stonevets.co.nz or phone 07 871 1799.
Cancellation, Returns and Refunds
If:(a) the Product delivered is not what you ordered, or does not correspond with its description; (b) the Product delivered is not of a satisfactory quality; or (c) the Product is not fit for its purpose, if such purpose was notified to us in writing before you placed the order 3 Stone Vets will, at its option, deliver to you a replacement Product or refund to you the price paid and your reasonable costs of returning the Products.
You must notify us within 7 days of the dispatch date to receive your refund.
If you are returning the Products because they are damaged or faulty then please include a written explanation of the fault or damage.
While in your possession, you must take reasonable care of the Products you intend to return to us. YOU MUST NOT USE ANY PRODUCTS THAT YOU INTEND TO RETURN TO US AND IF THE PRODUCTS ARE VACUUM PACKED YOU MUST NOT UNSEAL THEM. ALL PRODUCTS MUST BE RETURNED TO US IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND WITH ANY FREE OR PROMOTIONAL ITEMS WHICH ORIGINALLY ACCOMPANIED THEM.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Exclusion for consequential loss is necessary in order to be able to operate the business and provide the level of pricing which is offered.
- we exclude all warranties, descriptions, representations or conditions in relation to the goods and/or services provided by us implied by law, trade, custom or otherwise;
- where goods are advertised with reference to photograph(s) we will endeavour to deliver the corresponding goods, however we do not warrant that the goods we deliver to you will be identical to those displayed in the photograph(s);
- our liability for any claim, damages, loss or expense related to the supply by use of goods or services is limited to the cost paid by you for such good or services;
- we will not be liable, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise for any indirect, consequential or special loss or damage, or loss of profits, loss of data, loss of savings and loss of opportunity arising in any way from your use of our website.
Complaints
We place great value on our customer satisfaction. You may contact us at any time using the contact details given in these Terms and Conditions. We will attempt to address your concerns as soon as possible and will contact you on receipt of any relevant enquiry or complaint.
In the event of a complaint it will help us if you can describe the object of your complaint as accurately as possible and, where applicable, send us copies of the Order or at least the order number that we assign you in the Confirmation of Order. Should you not have received any reaction from us within five Business Days, please make further enquiries. In rare cases your emails may be caught up in our spam filters or not reach us, or correspondence that we send to you may otherwise not have reached you.
Children
No one under the age of 13 years is allowed to provide any personal information. Minors under the age of 18 years are prohibited from making purchases on the website.
Consumer Guarantees Act
Nothing in these terms and conditions will limit or affect your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 to the extent that such limitation or other contracting out is prohibited by that Act.

The Customer agrees that 3 Stone Vets may send marketing materials via email to the Customer from time to time. 3 Stone Vets agrees that it will immediately stop sending such marketing materials if the Customer so requests.
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, we therefore recommend that you review these terms and conditions each time you visit the website.
